2500 Sq. Ft. Complete interior office construction featuring drywall partitioning, interior glass partitioning, HVAC, energy efficient lighting, electrical, tel./data, architectual woodwork, painting and floor finished.
2200 Sq. Ft. Construction of new research laboratory, including installation of custom equiptment.
Project included drywall, accoustical ceilings, painting, HVAC, isolated structures for vibration sensitive equipment, electrical service and distribution.
3,500 Sq. Ft. interior renovation to outfit for new grad student offices and lounge. Work included all new framing and M.E.P. work. Over-sized door/transom frames had to be assembled and welded on site due to height constraints. The space was completed with all new finishes including custom millwork screens at the entrances.
This 1,500 Sq. Ft. renovation of an existing computer lab allowed for a new formed mezzanine structural steel concrete floor that was supported for the floor above by steel columns. Once the new atrium floor and stairs were installed, new finish anigre wood panels were incorporated.
